Here’s how to do it without looking like a real grinch – even on Christmas Eve. After you’ve completed the transaction find a nice picture of the item and print it out. Since you’re going to look a little hokey already giving them a picture of a gift, you can at least package it nicely. But if you truly have no wrapping paper or tape, you can roll the picture into a scroll and tie it with a nice ribbon. Ta-dah! Of course, your giftee isn’t going to like the fact that you put them off to the last possible minute so make sure you have a winning excuse on hand. Think “I looked everywhere and just couldn’t find it,” or “There was a terrible egg nog truck accident on my way to the mall.” Hopefully, you’re a better fibber than you are a gifter.
